Get some counselling - now They are good, have been doing it for years and have lots of experience. However, a word of caution, their best counsellers are fantastic but the odd one or two are no better than talking to your milkman or the cheerful checkout lady at Asda. So if you're not happy with your counseller then speak to them and explain that things are not working out and you want to work with someone else. They will understand.
